Return Policy
Please note that returns are for a store credit only.
You must notify us of your return via our returns portal or e – mail within 7 days from the date of delivery. This policy applies for all payment methods including. Buy now & Pay Later payment methods.
Conditions to Complete a Return:

In original packaging

The item is unworn and in its original condition, with all tags still attached

The item has absolutely no marks or stains (including stains, hairs, odors and makeup)

Tags must not be damaged or removed (“Do not remove tags”)

Must be processed via our Returns Portal
Crystal Sims The Brand reserves the right to reject returns beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the original condition in which they were received. If this is the case, the package will be simply returned back to the customer and any shipping costs involved will not be covered by Crystal Sims The Brand.
Shipping costs are non -refundable. If you receive a store credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the order is filed in error or marked defective.
